PRINTABLE CALL FOR ENTRIES
Artists should submit works that portray simplicity
Any art suitable for our display space will be considered. All 2D
mediums and smaller 3D mediums, dependent upon display needs of the
piece, will be considered.
Everyone is welcome, professionals, amateurs and students
alike. Eligible images are ones that have not been previously exhibited
and were created within the past 12 months.
& Viewing Process:
Works will be viewed and selected by the Chromatics 2nd Floor Gallery
Curators and a jury of two-three artists.
Chromatics Gift Certificate of $200 will be
awarded to the piece voted "Best in Show." Up to five pieces will be
awarded $50 Chromatics Gift Certificates for "Honorable Mention."
Limit 5 entries per person. There is a $10.00 per
piece non-refundable entry fee. Entry fee must accompany submissions. It
can be paid by check payable to Chromatics or by PayPal to Paypal@chromatics.com.
Files & File Name
- Files should be
high quality .jpg, no smaller than 1 MB and no larger than 2 MB
- Orient images
correctly (i.e. top of image is top of artwork).
- Artist’s Last
Name must be first in the filename.
- File names for
any alternate views must include the word “detail”.
- Include a
document file (Word .doc or .docx preferred, .pdf is okay, too) detailing the entrant’s Name,
Address, Phone Number, Email Address.
- Add a list of each entry with
File name, Title, Medium, Final Framed Dimensions, and Sale Price.

Delivery and Return of Work:
All accepted work

We reserve the right
to rescind our acceptance of any piece that is received to display in a
substandard or non-professional method.
Please attach a label to the
upper left corner on the BACK of the work that details the artist’s
name, phone number, title, medium, and price.
PhotoImaging, Chromatics Second Floor Gallery and Borum Photographics,
Inc., will not be responsible for works damaged, lost or stolen. Artists
may provide their own insurance.
Sale of Work:
All work, unless
indicated as NFS (not for sale) will be available for sale during the
exhibit. Chromatics Second Floor Gallery will retain a 30% commission on
all work sold during the exhibition.
